Owning a OOO-50, myself, I can relate. I'd love to try a 40. In any model, actually. Congrats!  :beer

Congrats.  Pics please.

Very nice! I'm sure it's a great guitar. I'd love to try out a OO-40.

I want to hear more about how it plays and sounds.  Got any pics?  Any comparisons to say an 000-60 or L-03R?  I'm a left handed player and don't have the opportunity to play one of the these but I am thinking about ordering one.

Congratulations!

I've been noodling around on my 00-40R this morning.  The guitar is becoming a good friend.  This series is a winner.
Larrivee 00-40R

plays fast and loose! not as stiff as my OM40R. maybe a little wider string spacing. outside e to e is 1.57 at the nut and 2.25 at the saddle. nice dark brown rw. top is fairly wide grain with lots of feathers. sorry, dont no how to do pics. i have a standard braced 00-03 rw and sitka that is VERY good but the 000 40 is bigger and fatter sounding.
