But the next best thing.  bigrin  I've been looking for one of these since I bought the compak 300, so when this showed up on ebay I snagged it. And glad for it.
Two separate channels for both mic and instrument. 300 watts with the extension speaker. Tube preamp. Lots of effects to choose from. Sounds great.
This should be the end of my amplification needs...for now.

I have yet to hear of anyone that owns something from G.B. that hasn't gushed about how great the product is.

Thanks Scott. As good as they are, its funny they aren't made anymore.  I guess they were priced out of many guys range.

Take a look in the upper left of the speaker grille - the tweeter.  This is one of the things that makes it an 'acoustic' amp.  You'll find that in most portable keyboard amps as well - which also do very well as acoustic guitar amps and usually have at least one extra channel for a mic to plug in.
