This UST is similar to the Baggs Element - it's kind of a braided copper wire material.   Soundhole mounted volume and tone controls, battery bag and a wire clip (there's also a small one on the battery wire)

Comes with everything in the picture.  You'll need new double sided sticky for the preamp unit and the wire clip.   The sticky side of the Velcro for the battery bag may be reusable (I'll protect it during shipping)

It looks like a Matrix Infinity

all the Infinity's that are listed are solid steel UST's.....maybe an older version? (guitar is from 2010)
