These are first four people that worked with Jean in the early seventies on his Toronto shop.

Each one a very fine builder and worth reading about or even owning a guitar by them.

It's also very interesting that more than one of those apprentices, even though they have gone their own direction in so many aspects of guitar building, still employ body shapes strikingly similar to the L that JCL pioneered.

Very nice. I'd say jean taught them well.

Lets also not forget about David Iannone at Morgan guitars as well as John McQuarrie at Northwood guitars! Both make excellent instruments.
