As a mandolin wannabe player, I have to admit to owning bluegrass tributes to The Who and Lynard Skynard. But, when I heard that there was a group of Nashville artists messing around with the Moody Blues I almost screamed. Well, it ain't that bad. In fact,it's pretty good.

If you like that, then you'll probably like the Austin Lounge Lizards cover of Pink Floyd's Brain Damage (from Darkside of the Moon).

Also, as a contrast (covers of bluegrass) Bela Fleck et. al do an interesting hip-hop cover of the Beverly Hillbillies Theme on disc 1 of their "Little Worlds" CD set!  :huh:
