Looking at a Larivee strat for sale. It has evans pickups on it. Evans originated on the west coast (where I'am) Anyone know if that would be original equipment?
Price is right might take a gamble on it.
Thanks in advance -Ron

I don't know if those are stock pickups, but I know these '80's generation Larrivee electrics were high quality instruments all around - sounds like you found something worth snatching up there!

All guitars are left-handed:

We did use a few of the Evan's pickups - so it would likely be original equipment..

As a side note, here is a little "Did you know", I actually have Rod Evan's old pickup winding machine. All of our P-90's are currently wound on it.
