Notable Guitars has some special edition 03E guitars with the fancy detailing on the ebony.  I like it but I would be more tempted if they were more like the parlour they have available and also used the binding on the body and fretboard.

If I had any money I would drop some coin for one of those.
The wood inlay makes it look not so blingy.   :roll

Other than the ugly Martin style pickguard that is one sexy looking guitar.
(fortunately the pickguard is removable)

Those color of the wooden inlays give the guitar a very unique look. I have to admit I like mother-of-pearl inlays...much more than abalone...I'd like to see what these look like up close and personal...

Definitely different looking - have to admit I don't really like it - particularly the combination of the chrome tuners and the inlay on the headstock.  It's like the neck doesn't match the body.  Maybe the effect doesn't translate well in pictures.  To each his own.

There is a parlor ath notable that I like a lot more. It's got the koa binding instead of inlays.  I think if the others had koa binding instead of maple, it would bring it together a lot.

I agree that the parlor has a more flowing look to it with the matching bindings.  Black tuners with koa buttons would be necessary customizations... give it a mosaic rosette and walnut back/sides and it might make for an interesting Forum VI (just saying). :beer

Yes - that is much better.  These Gotohs would suit it really well:

I put them on my '95 C-09 (old-style rosewood headstock veneer & body binding) and they look fantastic.
