how long is a "newbie" a newbie?

if i said I bought from Jean in 1971, when he was building 2 at a time in his basement in Toronto,
($300 down, wait six weeks, he calls you, by then you have the other $300),
does that still make me a newbie?

Like over 50?

Too many guitars to list here.
Too few brain cells to be bothered with...

And I see that you joined in 207. At the rate of 2 posts every four years, you could lose your n00b status in as little as 16 years from now.
(Newbie status only takes into account post-count.)

yes I did, under newbie introduction
one of the guitars Jean made for me (my girlfriend) was a small body guitar, in 1975, i think it's still in Nova Scotia somewhere.
