here's an interesting article that helped me dial in my new guitar. anyone have any favorite pickup height for double humbucker LP type guitars?

Great artical.I would like too add that you should also listen to how the guitar sounds when you combine them.Also checking the ohms helps,the higher the ohms the hotter the pickup the lower they should be in the cavity,normal ohms is between 6 and 8.5 ohms above that you have hotter pu's I have had pu's read up to 15 ohms and to my ear they sound muddy in the mid freq..
