There is a rumour (at least I hope it it a rumour) floating around out there that B.B. King died of a strok. I can't find confirmation or denial. What cruel thing to spread if not true. Anyone have any other info?

There's nothing to it, as far as the news sources go, anyway. He's no spring chicken, however, and I'm resigned to the loss of many of my heroes as time goes by. Here's to good health and a long life for all them, however!

I hope it is not true but I would not be surprised to find our that the info is correct.    He is an old guy with a lot of extra weight on him;    prime for a stroke or heart attack.    I saw him a few years ago and, although he still had the chops to play a great show, he looked like a man who was headed for this type of an end.

Oh, that's sad to read.  Sounds like his life may have been tough.
