Sorry to say my dream guitar isn't probably a Larrivee, although as a new Larry owner, I'm delighted.  How about a 'John Standefer Signature Model' Bertoncini guitar? Link:  http://www.bertonciniguitars.com/0066%20John%20Standefer.htm

:nice guitar:

Larrivee?  The Black Walnut/Cedar OM-09 I played years ago, though an OM-19 would be great too.

Non-Larrivee?  Cedar or Redwood topped fingerstyle instrument (00 or concert size) by a smaller builder.

Still trying to decide: A) The one on the left, or B) The one on the right.

Gary - RS-4 (for sale), Bourgeois VOM

Nice concept, lots of volume coming out of that box with what appears to be a very light touch.

Roger,

I believe John Standefer won the 2002 acoustic award using a Larrivee, but had some thoughts about the "ideal" (for him) and came up with that one.  He's got the lightest touch, anyway and that guitar just sings for him... :guitar

My current dream guitar is a Lowden F35c.   I think it's "The One."  It's displaced the Collings OM1 Mh Sb which was heretofor the dreamiest thing I ever played.  But I don't think I'll ever really be happy until I have them both.
