I just saw Michael Johnson perform at a small cafe in Excelsior, MN last night.  You can fit more than maybe 30 people in the cafe and I had the table in front of the small stage.  He is as good as ever and did a 2 hour performance.  He is playing a Kona classical guitar and his guitar skills have not diminished.   All for $25.
It doesn't get any better than that folks.  Check out his web page to see if he will be singing near you!

Michael is a truly multi-talented performer.  He did acting in musicals long ago which adds an element  for a performer.  He studied classical guitar and is a fine guitarist and great singer.  He had a big bypass not too long ago but is doing well now.  I worked with him long ago (30 years, or so) and can attest to him being a super guy.  I recommend his act to anyone.

It's actually a Kohno classical guitar, not a Kona.  :nana_guitar
