P-09 2009 Rosewood.  I love the size--and sound.  I still have it, and think I will keep it.

Mine was a long story I won't go into here for time sakes. But a little girl about 10 or 12 dancing up and down the ailse saying mommy that sounds so pretty I hope he doesn't stop, got it to go home with me. And it ain't going anywhere either.

First was the '06 OM-03R  .. still have it
next was a L-10 I bought from Bhiker here on the forum after a streak of luck in Vegas.    Still have it.
next was the 000-50MT       still have it
Last one was the '09 Forum III LS-03MT..    still have it

Mine was a JV-05E, bought from a forum member, and then sold to another forum member, and then sold to someone else.  I last saw it on ebay (same serial #).

The F-IV is the current champion of my meager stable of guitars.
Play it daily for best results.

1984 L-10 Deluxe. (GOTM for March 2009)

My first Larrivee was my 000-60 and it is still my only Larrivee. I've had her for about four and a half years and played her thousands of hours.

Almost the same, subsitute "OM19" for "000-60", and "five and half" for "four and a half".. the rest is identical ;-)

Just recently got my first Larrivee and it is my one and only guitar for now.

1999 C-09 Rosewood, still have it, still my baby.  Although the "favorite" difference between the others is so small it's almost  undetectable.  All of mine are good, but the C-09 has the edge due to being the first.
Larrivee C-09 (Small Flying Eagle)
Larrivee D-03

My 1998 L-05.   It's a keeper.   Love the neck carve, love the sound.   But my smaller bodies currently get more play time.

Why more Larrivees?   Because they look better, sound better, and currently hold their value better than stocks and bonds.

Care to take a trip down Memory Lane   (mine is a short walk...just took delivery of my first Larrivee a month ago)

What was your 1st Larrivee?  2010 P-03R

Do you still have it?  Yes

Is it your favorite still?  Don't know that I would use the term favorite for any of mine.  It really fits the niche for a small bodied/travel guitar.

Why can most not just stop at one?  Because there are so many other niches to fill.  My other two guitars are large bodied Taylors.  I don't know if it's the Larrivee voicing, smaller body, lighter bracing/top thickness, or what...but the harp-like quality of this little parlor will have Larrivee at the top of my list when I am in the market again.  Plus the combination of build quality and value of the -03's make having more guitars much more affordable.

Well-said!!

My first is my D10.  My 2nd is my JCL 40th Anniversary, like the Guitar of the Month photo this month.  I still have them both, and don't plan on ever selling.  Besides my son will make good use of them when I'm gone.  :bgrin:  I found him a nice L05 MT on this forum.

Old proverb says "He who sells his Larrivee will live to regret it." :thumbsup

My first is my L-09, and yes still have it, will never sell it (it was a gift from a great wife) and it is my overall favorite. My next Larrivee is my 00-03 SE, it got me to love mahogany and in quick succession I also bought my P-09 which I had flipped for when auditioning my 00; just couldn't forget it. It sent me over the top for small guitars. I love the spectrum these represent. Each is quite different in sound and 'depth.' I really can't imagine doing without any of them. My Nylon Goya G-30 is also a keeper - it was my Dad's and a special git in it's own right. Next for me maybe a really big deep bassy dread (Martin D-18GE is my current GASer), maybe a SD-50 or 60.  My secret love and desire is for a 000-50 that I can't forget...)  Uh-oh, it never ends!!

My first Larrivee was an OM-03R bought back in early 2005.  I sold it to dcarey here on the forum about a year later and then he sold it to Chuck Cheesman.  I think he's still got it now.  Pretty sure I wrote Samuel and After the Battle on that guitar.  I don't miss it though, never really bonded with it.  I have since become a mahogany type person...
