Now that I've reached the magic level of 10 posts, I thought you all might enjoy seeing some pics of my white RS-4. It gets prettier and sounds better with every passing day:

Is this the one that came from Guitar Adoptions? (I believe a few more white RS-4s have been built since then...)

As far as I know one has been completed. Before this one there were two body blanks which ended up as factory seconds. They were given to one of Matthews friends at seymour duncan to mess around with.

I thought I saw a white one in the Larrivee pics on Facebook (from either the Texas or Chicago guitar shows), but I could be mistaken.

Yes Rev, it came from Guitar Adoptions.

Bel's account about it being the only one is correct. The first two attempts resulted in imperfect paint jobs. Rather than trash them, Larrivee passed them on to someone at Seymour Duncan to play around with.  I think that demonstrates the Larrivee's dedication to quality. Turns out third time was a charm as the paint job on mine appears to be flawless.

And Fritferret, everything has a price. Make me an offer....
On second thought, forget about it!

Nope! Sorry. Only one guitar can be "hideous" and I have it from Matthew Larrivée's own mouth that this is it.

That's lovely by the way robwms!
