hah, that reminds me of a song I wrote, if you go to Alpha Centauri you probably ought to just take the guitar with you.

I still want to know the plan for keeping the humidity ok for several months.  2 months alone in a case in my house would and has resulted in cracked tops.  If it OP lives somewhere reasonably humid that's probably not an issue though.

Sounds like it could be a funny song! I always forget to say that I'm crazy for proper hydration so the guitars would be okay at my house though maybe not his. Good point.
