Should I put a strap button on the neck of my PO-9? How does the PO-9 play with a strap in this position? Thankyou for any help on this.

I don't see any reason not to unless you never plan to play standing up. I've got a strap button ready to be installed on my H&D 00-sp because I will have an occasion to use it standing up in May.

Go for it.

Anyone else have a strap button on their Parlor?

I had a strap button and end pin put on my O-01.  When I play it standing up, the balance of the guitar is fine.  I have no problems with the neck trying to move up or down as I play.

Hello Carruth, how did you go with the strap button, did you install one? I just ordered a pair of Schallers for my P-09 and my C-05, but never thought of problems arising on the P-09, thats a good question. Can you let me know?
cheers

Well Carruth, I've installed the strap buttons on both my C-05 and my FM Parlor. Talk about nerve wrecking 'Whew', I've done it so many times, still no matter how many times, it is still nerve wrecking. Oh, it doesn't really get in the way, you can feel it there but not to bad
cheers
