So I tried to make a deal for one of these today.

For a 000-16SRGT?  Is it the My Favorite Guitars one or the former model from the Martin catalog with the micarta bridge and fretboard?

Just like yours, but it fell thru.

Well you can always get a new one if you're really interested.

I know I will miss the FIII but the new Martin is very different.  I was convinced I would never get another rosewood guitar, I stand corrected!

Denis how is the Martin different than the FIII?

It's a lovely tune.  Dimples?  Is that your Royal Wedding tune that Peter Cree was hoping for?

Deeper sound, more sustain...basically the whole Martin rosewood package..

Uhh....no.  Samuel has dimples

Sounds and looks great.  Are you in the keeping mode with this one?

Keeping mode sounds so permanent.  There are lots of guitars out there.  Why settle down with just one?

Dimples did have a relation to the Royal Wedding.........Kates sister in that dress.............admit it, Denis!

:+1: Great looking guitar Denis, very interesting specs (perhaps the way forward for the Martin traditionalists?  :whistling:)
It also sounds particularly sweet in your hands. Well done and congrats!
