It's a nice guitar but I still wish I had those three minutes back.

Agree.

(I realize that was probably one sentence and not two and 40 should have been spelled out)

Naw...you're okay. Ya only have to spell out numbers under ten...over ten and its okay to use digits. (At least, that's the guideline I've always uesd...but I have no idea where that guideline came from though......)

Thanks. I couldn't figure out real quick if 40 is spelled forty or fourty. I think it's forty.

10-1614 more than a number, it's body and soul.

Actually, Danny was right; "forty" should be spelled out - because it's the first word in the sentence; otherwise, revert to the other rule of spelling out numbers under 10 (and I don't know where that rule came from either, and I was an English minor in college - and have a master's degree in theology, which also required learning Greek!).

Jazz bass (Timothy Schmidt)
unknown (BIG!) acoustic bass (T.S. again)
Gibson 330 (Glenn Frey)
Fender Esquire (Joe Walsh)
Takamine acoustics (3?; Joe/2 & Glenn/1; however I'm not positive the quilt top Joe is playing is a Tak - you never get a good look at the headstock)
Gibson Songbird acoustic (Don Henley - also Don on DW drums)

The acoustic part looked like a commercial for Takamine's, 'cept for the Songbird...so maybe T.S's acoustic bass was also a Tak.

P.S. Joe plays the strings off that Esquire!!! That's worth the price of admission! (However, I've read somewhere that on the actual song, that part was played by their back-up guitarist - don't know his name...anyone know about this for sure? It looks to me like Joe is playing it, note for note...)
