Does anyone know who makes the arch top cases for Larrivee?

Guardian cases has something similar, but I really like the Larrivee cases.

I have few archtop cases and there is nothing on the case nor it's keys to indicate where or who make these cases. I have heard before the cases are made in Canada. The RS 4 cases ( not archtop) are listed on the Larrivee sight as made in Canada

Not much help to your question I am afraid.

If you want one, a Larrive dealer can order one for you.

Not sure it has to be a Larrivee dealer.  My Lind 00 has a modified Larrivee case.  The builder bought them through a store that is not a dealer.  (He may have worked out doing this with Larrivee directly.  Not sure.)  It was just the only way he could find a case close to the right size.

There is no country of origin on this case, so I can't tell if it's Canada or China made.  Sorry.

I really like this Larrivee case too ...

I priced it with a local dealer, and even thought about visiting Oxnard to get one (we visit relatives in nearby Santa Barbara from time to time).

In the end, I decided to stick with the case I already have.

The TKL case is what Larrivee used until 2 years ago or so and they still seem to have some of them in with logo. I'm not sure who is furnishing the newer style cases.

Those older Larrivee archtop cases sure were fantastic.  The archtop cases they use now are much inferior.  But as noted elsewhere, they apparently still have the old style in stock in a few sizes since they are providing them with the special run of OO-03 that some retailers have now.

I agree.  But, unless I'm mistaken, this is also a Larrivee arch top case ...

It's the one that came with my 2005 OM.

Att Larrivee actually pmed me and told me it is a company out of Quebec. Unfortunately they do not sell to individuals.

According to Klem at Cathedral Music (my local Larrivee 'fix'), the archtop cases with the orange stitching - like in the first photos above - were Chinese made.  They were finished in something like Tolex (the kind of plastic on old amplifiers), nicer than the new archtop cases which are made in Canada.

My 2006 OM-60 came with the Chinese/orange-stitched case, if that helps date them

Yep I got one of these from a forum member when he wanted to upgrade to the newer type shown in gschaps post above.
These were pre-2006 of so.
Here is the post by Didymus21 who bought the newer type and sold me the one shown here.

ps, Anyone want a 03 style flat top Larrivee case for a D or L?   I still have it sitting around empty and good as new.
My L-03 BW is very happy in its archtop case from Didymus21's L-10.

These seem to be going for $60 to $70 a pop on Flea Bay. Well spent if you ask me as they are a good case.

All I know is that my cases (all from the late 90's) say Made in CANADA on the leather pull tab for the accessory compartment. I think these are TLKs.
