Single Malt Scotch 10 to 12 years old.Speeburn,Glen Levitt and a few others.Though every now and then a Gin and tonic or a tequella.

Essential, in the strictest sense of the word, would be just my OO-05.  The twelve fret and small body size is what is essential.  Larger than that and with 14 frets, my shoulders start a talkin' to me after a bit. 

Were the joints not complaining, then my answer would be an OM because of maximum versatility.
