I am thinking of getting a Wechter Mahogany Travel guitar.  This guitar has a solid Honduran Mahogany top with laminate Mahogany back and sides (maple veneer on the inside).  The guitar has a bone nut and saddle, is set-up using Plek-Pro, and comes with a very nice bag.  I emailed Abe Wechter to confirm these details.  He is very reachable and has worked hard to source quality guitars made in China.  Asia is producing some very nice factory guitars.  The Wechter Travel guitar can be seen at

Does anyone have any experience with a Wechter Travel guitar?  If yes, I'd welcome your feedback.
