Townes Van Zandt was a new discovery in late 2010 and I have become a huge fan. I bought as many CD's as I could, starting with " Live at The Old Quarter" ,  read both biographies, and watched/ bought the DVD's " Be Here to Love Me " and "Heartworm Highway". I also have loved Wilco for a long time, but saw them Live for the first time in 2010 ( Amazingly great!!). This year I went back and discovered Jeff Tweedy's first band Uncle Tupelo.

Tom Rush, Allison Krauss, and Richard Shindell - all different, all inspiring me to push on!

I`ve been into Steven Curtis Chapman, Keith Urban, Tommy Emmanuel and Brad Paisley...they are just AMAZING at their trade. I thoroughly enjoy seeing them play and how easy they make it look. Oh and also, Chet Atkins and Glen Campbell...I know, I know, but if you listen carefully you will see that Glen was also a very talented guitarist. He was a big influence on Keith Urban.

Glen Campbell is a major dude. He was a member of the session team known as The Wrecking Crew along with Leon Russell and Tommy Tedesco and helped create Phil Spector's "wall of sound". He played on Beach Boys albums including the seminal recording, Pet Sounds; he even toured with them for a while. Sessioned for The Monkees and many, many others.
