Pedals and effects?

I was watching a String Cheese Incident DVD last night and noticed that Bill Nershi had quite a few pedals at his disposal.  I wouldn't exactly call his tone pure acoustic, but he did get a lot of different sounds out of his guitar.  After watching the DVD, I somehow got over to http://proguitarshop.com/ and was looking at pedals.  I don't even own an amp, but thought it would be a lot of fun playing around with different pedals/effects.

What kind of pedals or effects do you use?

Nothing on my acoustic but since I loaned my Boss Overdrive to the leader of the band I started using a distortion peddle as my overdrive. But even then this doesn't count because I'm now the bass player so I don't use any effects right now.

I have a friend that uses a delay peddle and a chorus peddle with his acoustic guitar.

The leader of the band I'm in is using a phase shifter with his Ovation.

Line 6 POD X3 Live.  Beautiful piece of gear.  I use it for acoustic and electric.  For acoustic I mainly use it to add in some subtle chorus, reverb and/or delay.  For electric I love the amp modeling and the tons of effects that you can employ.
