Here is my son and his girlfriend playing my D10 and my new JCL 40th Anniversary guitars at a coffee shop gig last night.
They sounded great, and she has a set of pipes.

Looks like you're getting them started on quality guitars...

It's great to see your kids playing. As I was just seeing your post my son is playing across the table from me. Some very nice finger style pieces. (He's using my Martin though)

modified: he switched to the Larrivee F-III for a dropped D tune ;-)

Too many guitars... But I keep thinking one more may just do it.

Ha ha!  Yes, she is a quality girl,  They both just graduated college.  She hopes to make it in the music business.  She has taken voice lessons for years, and has incredible control.  She gets a lot of volume out of her slight size.  How could I say no to them using my Larrivees?

Tell him to marry her!  Girls like that do not come around often!

Great point Tad! Ha ha!  They will have to pry them out of my cold dead hands first!  The three of us did a coffee shop gig last weekend.  I can't tell you how great a feeling it is to share a passion for guitar with your kids.
