Cheers, Scott.

Gday Ryler, I've been turning grey for a while now, and no grandkids as far as I know, although my stepson recently turned 18 and has been out in his car exploring what life has to offer. Not know for smart decisions that one....  rolleye

Cheers, Scott.

Thanks...I was in Japan, for 21 years and I gotta say, I`m having reverse culture shock. Our credo since moving back, when it comes to customer service here is...don`t expect too much. Found a job at a local grocery store, working nights, but I gotta do what I gotta do as long as we are waiting for my wife`s spouse visa, once we get that, not sure we`ll stay in Calgary, nice enough city but  it ain`t Montreal eh.

Not red labels, Yamaha Dynamcs, built before Yamaha started the FG line in 1967. I gave away 18 nylon string guitars to the elementary school just down the street from us, they have a music program...we heard the brass members often...but they only had one guitar and it was the teachers, they had to pass it around, so when we called and asked them if they wanted some they were ecstatic, so we brought them over, I`m sure they are getting well played. I only brought the very best of the best back with me.

I was trying to think of something brilliant to add to this discussion, but in the end...

I got nothing.

Wait a minute
Back a few pages in post 3683 I commented "I think shutting it down would be unfair to all the future forum members who have not had a chance to post. Somewhere there are young people who will someday get a Larrivee. This thread connects the distant past to the far future. It is an investment."

So now Mark comes along, a nice young man of age 55 with no Larrivee, and we managed to keep the thread going for his benefit. He is the young person who will someday get a Larrivee.

Mission accomplished.

Mark,

After your spectacular donut and coffee introduction earlier, I'd say you don't need to do any more heavy lifting today.
