A bunch of us could pool some money together and send it to Scott, maybe that would persuade him to delete the thread.

back in Canada now, made the move in May of this year, so in honour of that historic event, I declare this thread dead, it`s the dead thread. Over, finito, abdeeabdeeabdee thats all folks, ended, kaput, the kibosh has been put upon it, sayonara, adios, adieu....happy trails until we meet again.
