A very sweet traditional tune from the "Lewes Favourites" tunebook compiled in Sussex, UK - played here on tenor guitar (tuning: 4=C, 3=G, 2+D, 1=A) in the usual key of G, with a simple 6-string guitar backing. Playing this kind of tune on the tenor certainly provides the fretting fingers with some good stretching exercises! Also my first venture into Widescreen...

The Basket Hornpipe

Cheers,

I love it, it is a great little tune. Now I have to go back to it and have another listen or 2. Did i say I love it, I love it. Flathead
