I just installed gold Gotoh SG360's with M07 (small Ivoroid) buttons on my new P-09. These tuners are a terrific upgrade from the stock chrome Pings. Not only are the Gotohs more precise (although they are the same ratio), they look better and are a DIRECT drop in replacement (NO drilling, etc. Scott Ando at DOMO International was a great help with getting these ordered and shipping them quickly.

and a wife that still puts up with me, which is the best -

How much did these cost you?  They would be the "drop ins" for my F-III also.
They look great on your guitar.

I've ordered these same tuners and buttons for my F-III's - white buttons for the IS/Hog and black buttons for the all-hog.  Eagerly awaiting their arrival!

Hi jimmyb they do look really nice ,are they standard size tuners or do they do a mini like the pings , if they are standard does the weight effect the ballance of the neck with them being slightly larger , im looking to change the pings on my 2004 po3 and its either 306s or 510s

The Gotoh SG360 is a mini tuner, the exact same size as the mini Pings on Larrivee Parlors and various others. They (SG360's) are great because they require NO mods to install on a guitar that had mini Pings on them.
