Here are the pics from my Oxnard tour on Thursday.  I had no Idea I would spend over 2 hours with Jean and Matthew.  They made me feel like an old friend.  Jean has lots of stories of his world travel buying and selling wood and spreading the art of guitar building.  If you are ever in Los Angeles area, set up a tour.  You will NOT be disappointed.

Great pics, 247!!  Thanks for posting!  Sounds like a heck of an experience!  If I were there, they'd have to mop up my drool from the floor!   drool

Don't you love your Larrivees more than ever!  Thanks for sharing the photos . . . it's nice to get those behind the scene pics.

Yes, getting a behind the scene look at how involved Jean and Matthew are makes me appreciate my Larrivees that much more.  Matthew has two small children and says they will be carrying on the Larrivee tradition.

I am digging my new JCL 40th Anniversary guitar.  It is a great player, my 1st L body.  Superb fingerstyle, has a very light responsive touch.
