Whats the deal with this? Does it mean you cant plug in to certain equipment? How do you overcome it? Will a guitar with a K&K run through my fishman Pro EQ II?

The K&K will work through your Pro EQII. You may need to roll off the low end a little in order to compensate for the uneven response of the K&K when using very high impedance devices.
