Stopped in today to the local guitar shop "Skip's Music" in Sacarmento to pick up a clip-on tuner and spotted a Larrivee in the  "high-end' room.  They aren't a Larrivee dealer so I was intrigued.    Discovered several new Larrivees on the wall.....   A 000-50, 2  Islander headstock L bodies (one in Koa the other in mahogany) a P-05, a couple of L-05's and a used jumbo 12 string.    The salesperson told me that they had bought out some of the stock from a closed Ed Roman store.   Prices seemed reasonable;  the 000-50 was about the same price I paid through Jerry's Lefty Guitars last summer.
Anyone in the Sacramento area who has not had a chance to check out a few Larrivee guitars before now has an opportunity to see and play a few very nice ones.   Just passing on the info for anyone who may be interested.
Oh, the clip on tuner I got was the TuneTech TT-500.  Works just fine for about 20 bucks.
