Went looking for another of those this morning, and couldn't find one, so I got the FZONE FMT-007 instead. Has the same function plus a metronome. Don't think I'll use that function though.

Great thread. I too bought the TT500. I was on the westcoast getting ready to jam with a friend, trying to tune my git when my friend says "ok, I'm tuned lets go" I was instantly sold on a "clip on tuner" I bought the same tuner he was using.

One thing to add about my clip on tuner. I find it reads better when the string is plucked with my finger rather than a pick... With a pick I have seen some of the problems others are having with regards to false readings...
