I have a Larrivee D10 w/ Fishman Active Matrix pickup.  These have no equalizer adjustments.  I am considering a Fishman Aura Dreadnought Pedal to plug in when I play thru the church PA for worship.  I read mixed reviews on these.  Anyone have experience with them?  The other I am considering is Baggs Para DI.

I am looking to be able to dial in a little more tone when I plug in to the PA.

I'm real happy with this pre amp for under saddle pickups like your fishman http://www.tonebone.com/tb-pzpre.htm
The aura pedal by itself won't shape the sound the way a good pre amp with some eq control can.
