Use this thread to nominate your choice for March GOTM.

Four nominations will be selected for a VOTE by members according to the following rules:

1. Members can nominate pictures already in the pictures section.

2. A member can only nominate 1 picture per month.

3. If a member nominated a winning picture for the previous month, he/she must wait another month before submitting further nominations.

4. If a members picture has been GOTM it can not be GOTM again

5. If a member has had a GOTM in the last 6 months, another picture from that member can't be nominated again.

6. Nominations must be of Larrivee made instruments (guitars, mandos, etc)

7. nominations will be in a sticky thread in the Pictures section started by one of the mods each month. By the 20th of the month the mods will pick the top 4 (in their opinion) pictures and a Vote thread will be started (each month) so that members can pick the next GOTM from those 4 nominations. Zach will be asked to make that picture the following month's GOTM.

8. Nominations will be closed each month by a mod after 8 nominations have been received.

ps. yes I know its already past the 20th of February. We'll move this along as fast as possible this month.

These strike me as worthy of note. They are Fongie's

And here is a nice pic. There are three more to choose from. (6 total actually)

Or here is Just the C-09 if there can be only one (same thread as above).  Although I like the C-05 and 09 together better.

Hi
Nice new thread.
My vote for Lyric Girl´s Holly
Beautiful guitar.
Nice, plain, simple, well exposed photo

I was going to nominate holly (the guitar) as well, but in order to continue what is a good plan for GOTM, I nominate Walkerman's Uke, just for something a bit different.  It looks so happy in the garden.  Hope its a big enough pic though.

By the way, i feel that rules 2 through to 5 are what the politically correct crew would call 'Ponteist'

Hi BenF
Unless  I bought a new Larrivee,  which is very unlikely  since I`m thinking of getting rid of one of my two, I won´t be able to compete for GOTM!!!!!! (you`ll be glad to know) bigrin
...However I may punish you with the occasional nice picture that I might take in the future

Not in the slightest - It is like a kids TV show - 'where will Ponte's L-05 be visiting this week'.  It's highly entertaining for the rest of us.  Your camera skills are excelent.  My wife just bought be a seriously nice camera - expecting delivery this afternoon - so I may soon be inflicting some guitar shots on you too!!
