On the bright side, I really love what I'm seeing!!!  Wish I could have one of each!  I love that size, shape and making it a 12 fret...I can't wait!!

Mine is #15 serno 108519, and no pics yet. It looks like the plain LS03's are getting started last.

I just updated the captions for today if you want to readwhat John L Jr had to say.

I saw Jack Lambert (#58)!  It's the hog top body that looks like it's got an off-centered stripe through the top.  I freaked out until I realized it was (hopefully!) just due to perspective of the camera lens.

There is no sign of mine in the pics yet either, and as most here know mine is #1. I did however see it in my head for the first time a little while ago. I really did get a picture of it coming out of the case in my minds eye.
It was very nice. I have to admit that now, with only 3 weeks for me until I'm in Vancouver, I'm getting excited.
           OK...your turn..have fun.                Danny

Danny - I figure that certain guitars are so nice looking, they aren't showing pics just to keep the rest of us from getting jealous.

Well, no offense to others, but I hope mine is as nice as I imagined it to be. That white IS is just striking with the herringbone purfling and rosette.  All that in the unique shape of the LS body.....SWEEEEEEEEET.  I am stoked. 3 weeks and 3 days to the tour!

Danny
I remember the first time I cracked open the case of my 000-50MT.  I feared that the reality would not match my expectations.    Like you I had visualized this thing in my dreams many times. When I opened it up and saw it sitting there, nestled in a lush blue velvet padding it looked like a work of art and I was almost afraid to touch it. Sometimes your dreams and expectations can be surpassed by the reality.
I have a very strong feeling that these Forum III guitars will fall into that category for many of us.

Personally, I have no expectations, it's easier that way.

There's a new pic of all the necks stacked up and one of them in the bottom of the pile is marked "rw fretless".  What's that all about?

OK    The more pictures I see the more confused I become.    I'm #3 but I see on the buld list that #3 is listed with SN 108496 and now the latest batch of pics shows #3 with SN 108627 !  I know SN 108627 is a left handed hog top because I can see it getting the soundhole cut in an earlier pic. How can one guitar have 2 SNs ?
