I voted for the OM-03R.

I'm not sure it would be the best among the line-up.  As many would stand by L-03R, which I'm convinced (my own opinion) is the icon of Larrivees, for quality & value.

If I would only stick to one guitar, I would pick the OM-03R... would prefer the OMV-03R, because I like the size; opened up, the sound I'm expect would be surprisingly full for a medium sized guitar.  I can sit and play on the couch or slung around the shoulder standing up plugged in at venues... it just sings.

Great for fingerstyle, studio recording and moderate strumming.

OM-03R would be my working all-purpose go-to guitar... but I guess, I would just have to suffer with it's sibling yet to be born - the LS-03R FG III.

Since you still haven't added the LV-03R, you still won't get a vote for the best -

Tad
I assume that the non-cutway models represent cutways though!

My Do3R is the best sounding steel string I've ever owned, including the LO3 and rosewood parlor,  but my OM0R is on the way, and may change my mind. I love them all! JP
Do3R, PavanTP20, 64 Melody Maker, 4or5 Teles, Godin SA, Carter SD10, Regal Reso,OM03RE,MIM Strat, Tak SC132

I voted L-09, but would splash some bling on it and call it a L-10. Then, I'd take a bite out of the treble side and call it a LV-10.

wish everyone merry X'mas!! don't forget to vote.

so far as we can see, the L-03R gets most nembers' heart!

I voted L-09 based on overall tone and playability, and I haven't had a chance to play an OM series (yet).

That's easy: Larrivee SD-50

Over the past few years I've played a number of models and, when it comes to sound, the SD-50 is winner to my ears.
Guitars: Larrivee P-05; National Resphonic Style 2 Squareneck;      National Resophonic 12-fret "B"; Dupont MD-50;
Lazy River Weissenborn; Robert Sayers custom flat-top;
Cervantes Crossover; Todd Korup banjo-uke; McSpadden dulcimer;
PRS 22 semi-hollow ltd.; PRS DC3
Amplification: RA-400; Rivera Venus 3

If I was going to buy another Larrivee, it wouldn't be one from your list

Where are the 12 strings?  000 models?  :mad:

If I were forced to get one from the list, it would be the SD-50  :winkin:

The L03R is my favorite. Sweet tone and versatile. Sounds great fingerpicking and when you strum hard. For the Money it's untouchable, and it more then competes in any price category.

I have owned the following - D-09, L-03K, OM-03 FM, D-03 WL, OM-10, C-10 (and I have sold or traded all of them) and now I own the Forum II and an L-03 SO. Out of these my favorite would be the Forum II and the SO (I love the punch of that SO). However, I played an SD-60 at the summer NAMM this year and it blew me away! That is the best sounding Larrivee I have ever played. My vote is for the SD-60.
Forum II # 8 of 10

I went for the OM-03R, althought I don't have one.  I wish my OM-03 was the RW version, so I hope that the Forum III fills the gap.

My OM10K is not on the list so I can't vote. I love the contemporary style OMs, and the traditionals aren't bad either.

I would have liked to vote but my choice isn't on the list so I haven't voted.

I would have voted for the OM-50 if it were on the list.

Who knows for sure?Taste is taste,and it is strictly personal!...Three months ago I did my little Larrivee survey,as I knew I wanted a Larri,but after scoping out about six or seven different models,I far preferred the D-03R......It clearly seperated itself from the other Larrivves on hand,BUT that is ONLY my taste!....

  That being said,I've been busy playing alot of other top,expensive competition,and BOY does Larri hold up well!!...I could not be without mine :thumbsup

   I feel the need to vote for the little underdog again, slowly becoming my favorite. 00-09FM :thumbsup

yeah, it should have included OM-50 and OM-60

OM-03R.  Beautiful tone, quality, value...the right size.  My favorite Larrivee's aren't on the list though!

You dont list the OMv60 (-which doesn't anger me  because its not made any more )- i still think its a better choice over the LSV11 - alot better sound and play (-one of larrivees biggest mistakes was discontinuing it ) but being that i had to pick one - if i was to buy another one it would definitely be the D-50- love that Hog sound !
