Anyone besides me fond of 85/15 (also sometimes known as Vintage Bronze)?

I bought a bunch of D'Addario EZ920 sets a while back.  It must have been a while -- I just attempted to restock, & customer support advised that they discontinued them 2.5 years ago.

<sigh>

Well, at least GHS & Dean Markley still make something similar.
(Wonder if I can get them in custom sets ... ?)

Give me a month to burn off my John Pearses and I'll let you know...GHS VB's are on top of the stack for deployment.

Stratokatsu...where are you?  I think he tried them on his new Larrie a month or so ago...

My Larrivee 00 is now sporting the Dean Markley Vintage Bronze ML's: 12, 15, 25, 34, 44, 54.
This mostly works for me -- tho' I'm inclined to swap the 15 for a 16 (which would give me the same weight as the old D'Addario EZ-920) set.

What's an economical way to buy a bunch of .016's?

Thanks.

Depending on the deal the store gives you a $1.00 more or less.
