The Michigan Fingerstyle Guitar Society sponsored a concert by Ed Gerhard last night. Really excellent. I suspect most of the fingerstyle guys and gals here on the forum know this name very well.
Just a superb show, and I go to dozens and dozens of shows every year, so I'm a bit jaded as to what makes for a good concert. He did a workshop in the afternoon, too.
You folks in New England- check out his upcoming shows before he heads out for his Japan tour. Don't miss him. (Ed Gerhard  makes his home in New Hampshire.)

Ed is  a great player, a great guy in general, and a great instructor. He was an instructor at Swannanoa for several years.

I live in New Hampshire and have seen Ed several times. Always a great show.
