Bought this guitar used recently and it plays good after I did a little truss rod adjusting. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the bottom E and B strings seem to have a brassy sound to them. I now have Elixer phos. bronze mediums on it and have tried a set of Martin coated mediums on it. It had light Elixers when I bought it and I thought by going medium it would help with the problem and it did to some extent, but I would like to tone it down a little more. A set of medium 80/20 Elixers might help, so I guess I will try that at next string change. It might just be me and the way I hear it. You know we're always looking for that just right tone. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I would be more than glad to hear them.
