I put some Martin Clapton's Choice lights (12 -54) on my OM-03R about a week ago, replacing EJ16's.  They sounded great, especially the bigger E.  However, in only a week with a couple hours playing time, the nice chime sound is starting to deaden already.  Has anyone else had the same experience with these strings?.

Thanks, Chuck

Had the same experience with the mediums. Back to my regular strings(again!)
Happily married to the woman of my dreams and looking forward to growing old together.<br />Truly,God has smiled upon this simple man.

I put some on my FG180. They seem to be guitar strings, alright.   :whistling:

And some strings have a longer life than others.  That was my point.
