Hey all, greetings from the Caribbean. I know you were curious about what songs are being played out here, so I made up a sample list of some songs that I play frequently. This is not a nightly list, every night is different, and every once in a while you find yourself playing George Straight or Kenny Loggins, Sarah Mclachlan or Incubus, but here's a pretty average night for me. The room I play has a diverse crowd with emphasis on thirty somethings, and lately a lot of college kids too. I find them to be unpredictable in what type of music they like to hear, sometimes they want to hear Bob Dylan, sometimes they want to hear Jamiroquai.

Thanks Aaron, sounds like your enjoying your "vacation job". I can tell you after getting another 4" of snow the night before last I would rather be in the Caribbean.

You wouldn't happen to play piano as well for Carnival Cruises would you?  I just came back from a Caribbean cruise and the stuff the piano-bar-guy was included many songs on your list.      bigrin

Then again, I don't think there was any song he didn't know or couldn't play, it was quite a trip.

LV19, I heard we beat the record for snowfall in Michigan this year.

dfang888, I wish I played piano. There's a piano in the pub, but it just sits there unplayed as far as I know.

I forgot to mention, I also do a tribute to Tom Petty on thursday nights. One 45 minute set. It seems to work out.
