has anyone tried out the baggs core 1 acoustic amp?  what do you think?

It looks enticing alright.  But until they get real with the pricing I probably won't be interested.  A couple years down the road it might be affordable.  Then again, the IMix hasn't come down much either in the last couple years so maybe not...   I'd like to try one out though.

The first 200 amps made are a limited edition with figured maple sides and are signed by Loyd Baggs. I was one of the first dealers to order so i have on of the first 30. It shipped yesterday and I cannot wait to get it here and try it out. I will post some more info once it has had a test run in the studio. The standard run amps will have mahogany sides.

i'll let you know in a couple of weeks.  i ordered one through jason at notable guitars and there's a short wait.  if it's what all the reviews say it is i'll sell my roland ac 60 and get out an play some gigs to pay for it.
