Well this is interesting:the Twelfth Fret has just acquired a '77 de Jonge steel string seemingly modeled after an L-09. Those who know, Sergei was Jean Larrivee's first apprentice so it'd be interesting to hear how this guitar stacks up against his master's. And for less than $2K too...

That is a very tempting piece. To be able to buy a de Jonge at that price is almost unheard of.
