Have any of you heard of Martin Sexton?
If not, give his new album a try. It is totally different from anything else I listen to.
He opened for Nickel Creek a few years ago and I've been hooked ever since.
If you go to his web page you can listen to almost all of his new album "Seeds" on the stream.
This guy is a one-man show and puts in a lot of hours driving around pulling a U-Haul with his equipment.
Great stuff.
He does a very unique cover of Stevie Wonder's "Will It Go Round In Circles" on the new CD.  The first time I saw Sexton in concert he started out the show by singing through a distortion amp and shooting up to really high notes. He can make his voice do anything.

I live in Woodstock and Martin Sexton does a lot of shows in this area. I think he lives around here. Great performer, a complete "natural talent" the music just pours out of him.

Hey, I think you are right. My GAS induced memory lapse is setting in again. I better beat down that GAS and cruise some guitar shops tomorrow!!!
