Hi,

Looking into the soundhole of my Larrivee D03E I found a "input 2"
on the L.R. Baggs Element preamp. Anyone knows what it is for?

Thanks,

Sergei

It sounds as though you have an "I-Mix" rather than the "Element". My understanding is that the Element is just the preamp and UST, whereas the I-Mix preamp would have 2 inputs to allow you to add an I-Beam soundboard transducer and then blend them.

Maxferry,

It is definitely an Element and not an I-Mix.

However from the photos on larrivee.com it is obvious
that both systems use the same housing.

The "input 2" on the Element system is probably not
functional, but I wanted to make sure.
