Ameritage Case

Well, after seeing the new R-Taylor line and the cases they came in, I ordered a custom Ameritage Case from finecases.com. The worksheet for the custom cases asks for all the dimensions, lower, upper bout, length, width, etc. It arrived today and there is about a 1 to 1.5 inch play in the length direction of the fit. Side to side is snug but the length is not even close. I shut the case and tested to see if the guitar shifted when shut, but I don't think it does. So, is this a bad fit worth sending it back for? For what I paid, I thought it would be snug all over.

I would think for that money it would fit better than that. I would send it back.
