Inserting Photos

I noticed the format has changed for inserting Photos and I can't get it to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

• Pictures should be sized to Max 600px wide X 800px in height.  Many digital cameras come with photo editing software to re-size pictures.  A search in Google can help you find editing software and information on picture pixel size and file size.
• Pictures must be uploaded to a server on the Internet.  There are many host servers that you can use for pictures.  Most Internet Service Providers have space available for your own use.  Check with your ISP.  Many people use Photobucket.com for hosting pics, there are many other hosting servers available.  Once you have your pictures uploaded to a server just copy the URL (http://.....) and follow the instructions below.
• Use the image insert button to post your pics.  It's the first button on the left above the smileys in the message post window.  Just put your URL between the image tags, (img] http://......... [/img).
