Hey guys,

I bought and installed the LR Baggs dual source preamp UST/Microphone system. I installed myself, and I'm neither smart, nor skilled with my hands, nor should I be trusted with delicate electronics and fine instruments. That's how easy it was. An un-frozen cave man could install this in your guitar with no problems. Then, the same cave man could also run your live sound, because that's how user friendly it is to play live. I had the mic turned up all the way, less than 5 feet from monitor, and NO FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER! I didn't even use my feedback buster. The sound of my guitar was unlocked with this setup, and I regret not doing it sooner.

If you are looking for a good preamp for your Larri and you don't want to mangle it, try the LR Baggs dual source. I don't know how it compares to the Trinity, but for my money (200$US) it's the bomb.

shout 'Freebird' one more time. see what happens.
