If I were a rich man....

The 50th looks sweet but the headblock etching is not correct.

Maybe they mixed up the photos with another guitar.

But then, I lookup the serial number in that photo and it comes back as not being in the database.

The serial number pictured is also 850 higher than my 50th Anniversary's serial number.

Makes me wonder if there is a more exclusive Larrivee internet group for those more exclusive owners.

I might have to check those beauties out sometime soon. Not really anything I'm interested in owning but I'm really curious how the all walnut L and D sound, and that store is local.

Beautiful wood; awesome guitar...

...anyone besides me think that pickguard is wrong on there?

I always think a pickguard looks wrong on an L body.

Yeah, that's it - me too.  I tried one on my Custom L-05 for about a month, then took it back off. Even though it was a different shape than the one's Larrivee uses, and looked better, it still wasn't right.

Really depends on the appointments. I think the V looks better with one, esp with herringbone purfuling. The C and the non cutaway are nice without a pick guard.
