Anyone knows why RS 4 and 2 models and more commonly available than the Lancaster and Bakersfield?

IMO there is a couple of reasons:

    the RS were made longer
they were the first electric of the new generation so many purchased an electric who may otherwise not
the RS is most unique of the bunch

I'm guessing there were a lot more RS models made than the other models?
